Ryan came to Leck as a driver from his families waste hauling company. He left to pursue other opportunities at two other waste hauling companies but found his way back home when Leck Waste acquired a transfer station in 2021. Ryan is the General Manager of the Kutztown Division of Leck Waste Services and the Clifford Hill Sanitation Transfer Station. He spends his free time as a volunteer fireman and rooting for the Eagles.
